To reduce deaths due to cervical cancer in remote areas of Region 8 and 9, Guyana, South America. Additionally, we meet other health needs in this region (kitting out the regional hospital, performing blood sugar monitoring, blood pressure monitoring and midwifery skills)

Next steps
Continue to organise outreach teams to remote areas of Region 8 and 9 in Guyana twice a year. Bringing as many health services as possible.
Challenges
Cultural differences, different health care systems, bringing medical equipment and consumables in country, different ways of communicating information, bringing complex care to remote areas of the world, problem solving in low resource areas.
Mitigating challenges
Communicating with similar groups doing similar work would’ve been helpful the time, knowledge of previous solutions to similar problems, sharing cost of expensive medical equipment with similar groups doing similar work in similar area, knowing in advance of organisations/companies that have a global health initiative and supply required items at reduced sales price
